Potomac’s predominantly single-family homes on large lots present a real Wi-Fi planning challenge: square footage alone doesn’t determine coverage, but the distance between rooms, the layout of multi-level estate homes, and the sheer number of connected devices all do. Avenel’s approximately 900 luxury homes — custom estates, townhomes, and villas within a gated community built largely from the late 1980s onward — often combine sprawling floor plans with finished lower levels and detached structures that a single router simply cannot reach. Mazza Woods homes, built largely in the mid-1980s with expansive floor plans, present similar demands.

In Burning Tree Estates, where teardowns have brought new construction, buyers and builders alike benefit from planning the network infrastructure before walls close. Poseidon Systems designs whole-home wireless systems for Potomac properties with access point placement, wired backbone runs, and device segmentation mapped to each home’s actual layout — so every room, every floor, and every corner of the property stays connected.

Our technicians protect floors, walls, and furniture throughout the install, and every cable is hidden and labeled before we leave. We walk you through the finished system so you can use it confidently from day one.
