Potomac’s predominantly single-family homes on large lots — from the custom estate homes and villas within gated Avenel to the expansive floor plans of Mazza Woods — present real decisions about where and how a TV gets mounted. Great rooms with high ceilings, open-plan living areas, and rooms that serve double duty as both family space and home theater all call for careful placement before a bracket ever goes into the wall. Burning Tree Estates has seen a fair amount of teardown-and-rebuild activity, meaning some homes are newer construction while neighboring properties carry decades of original finishes — wall composition varies, and getting the anchor points right matters.

We assess the wall type, stud layout, and viewing geometry during the consultation so the bracket choice — fixed, tilt, or full-motion — is matched to the room, not guessed at. Cables are routed in-wall or through paintable channels so the finished result looks as considered as the rest of the home. Poseidon Systems has served homeowners throughout Washington D.C. and Maryland for 40+ years, and we bring that same structured process — consultation, installation, calibration — to every Potomac home we work in.

We also serve nearby Bethesda and Rockville.
